Francesca Bacolla – Aosta Valley Tour Guide

Welcome, my name is Francesca and I live in the Aosta Valley, where I was born.
After a degree in foreign languages and I worked at the Fortress of Bard as a museum assistant, were I organized cultural tours and workshops. This gave me the opportunity to meet different kinds of persons: adults, children, elders… and I discovered a passion for divulgating the cultural heritage of my Country.
After a period as a sales assistant in a company, I decided to go back to my great passion: History and Cultural Heritage.

I obtained the license as tour guide for the following languages: Italian, French, German and English. My goal is to transmit my love for my Country to foreign and Italian tourists.

During 2020 I attended courses about accessible tourism and about specialistic English language for tourism. Since 2022 I’m also a Qualified Wine Sommelier.
